Guarantee Terms & Conditions – Maz Sports LTD (MAZ FC)

Scope & Acceptance – These guarantee terms (“Terms”) apply to all MAZ FC subscription plans and are accepted upon purchase.

Guarantee Windows

30-Day – Days 1-30 of any annual plan.

3-Month – Months 1-3 of any plan.

6-Month – Months 1-6 of any plan.

Universal Requirements

a. Child must view all videos and complete written tasks in the given time period. Photographic proof of written tasks required.
b. Child must have engaged in all aspects of their given plan for example but not limited to, community discussion and Fantasy Football.

c. Engagement logs, surveys, 'Maths Mentality Tracker', quiz scores and bi-weekly check-ins (World-Class plans) constitute proof for happiness relating to 3 month claims and progress in relation to 6 month claims.

d. Claims must be submitted within the relevant window; late claims are barred.
e. Successful claim waives eligibility for any future MAZ FC guarantee.

Remedies

30-Day: refund of remaining months.

3-Month: MAZ Sports pays one month on another Numeracy Education Platform (≤ your MAZ FC monthly fee); customer remains liable for first 3 months.

6-Month: customer chooses EITHER 4 months free OR 50 % refund; first 6 months payable.

Exclusions – General school numeracy, misuse, or expectations disproportionate to plan price are excluded.

Procedure – Email [email protected] with evidence; Maz Sports will decide within 10 business days. If review exceeds a billing cycle and the claim succeeds, the overlapping payment is refunded.

Limitation of Liability – Compensation shall not exceed sums actually paid; consequential damages are disclaimed.

Governing Law & Venue – Northern Ireland law; exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Statutory Rights – These guarantees supplement, not replace, consumer statutory rights.
